Yon Moltke's Love of Flowers.
Even the great, are not exempt from the martinent annoyances imposed by foreign officials. Field-Marshal yon Moltke, returning a few days ago from Ragatz in Switzerland, where the veteran general has been spending a few weeks in retirement, was presented by tho inhabitants with a large bouquet, it being known that the old soldier is a great lover of flowers. He proposed to return home by way of the Vorarlberg, which would necessitate his crossing the Austian frontier. Here, however, his bouquet was refused passage, it not being> permitted to. take flowers across the frontier i or iear ol the phylloxera. The 'Marshal, rather than part from his bouquet, X^S^J 1" ~ote and proceeded fi orae ttrough German Switzerland.
