Rtjrsell, this day,—Arrived: S.b. Arawata. She will sail this evening. Trade to Fiji is incieaung. A cargo of 10 hoad of cattle and 126 e'leep goes theae. Two schooners havo arrived. Mr Ford leaves for Fiji to day.
Thames, this day.—The "Star " last night publishes an article pointing out that by the Municipal Corporation Act Amendment Bill, passed last session, Parawai Ward (which contains 1? ratepayers, and has three Councillors representing it) is abolished, and its members unseated.
