MR CABMAN'S INTENTIONS.
(by telegraph—own correspondent.)
Thames, this day. The member for Coromandel appears to have been specially selected as the subject of calumnious reports. A statement has again been published that he purposes resigning his soat, and a vory palpable desire is shown to damage the reputation of an estimable gentleman and conscientious representative. I havo most reliable authority for emphatically contradicting the report, and stating that Mr Cadman has not for a moment contemplated such a stop.
