Thames, this day. Dart.— A new reef has been struck in the cross cut at No. 4 levol, and has been f pierced for a thickness of IS inches. It is composed of well mineralised and promising description of quartz. Martha Exten-ueh (Waihi).—The manager banked to-day KiOozs melted gold, the result of live weeks operations. The stuff crushed was principally from surface working. _ Deep Level Cross.—The cross-cut at No. 4 level has intersected a leader about 2ft. in width, but the quartz was rather mullocky in nature Moa:<'atairi.~Saraeh, tributer, lodged 50;..-. 19dwts. gold.
