Spread of the Cholera in France.
Paths, July 9. — Latest uocounts to hand from Marseilles show that the cholera is increasing in that distiiet, three, deaths from tho disease having occurred ut Aix, a town sixteen miles oil. The House of Lords and the Reform Bill. London, July B.—ln the House of Lords today, tho Franchise Bill was under consideration, when Earl Cairns moved an amendment declaring that the proposed reform is unacceptable without simultaneous provision for the re-distribution of seats. After a. dobate, tho consideration of the amendment wasadjourned until to day,when a division is expected to bo taken. Accounts to hand from tho English hop districts are more satisfactory, recent showers having proved beneficial.
