A DESTITUTE CRIPPLE.
John Grig., who is well known as a newspaper runner, was found to-day in Mr Hall's smithy in Albert-street, whore he had been permitted to sleep, in nn apparently dying condition. Mr Hall communicated with the police, and tho man was sent to tho Hospital. Dr Bond, however, declined to admit him, but on roturn to town an order was procured from tho Mayor, and tho patient was sent back, ill* Hall kindly defrayed tho cob exponses. Tho poor man, whoso appearance hobbling on two sticks is familiar, is not expected to recover from his attack.
