NELSON.
Mr Pepper addressed tho city electors last night. He received a practical hearing, and was accorded a vote of confidence. He declared himself a supportor of Major Atkinson. Mr Korr lias addressed the electors of Takaka and Collingwood, and rocoived votes of conlldence.
