YESTERDAY.
[Before His Honor Mr Justice Gilliest Shaw v. Bvkme.— Mr Tbeo. Cooper ap pearcd for the plaintiff, and Mr Napier for defendant.—This was a case of disputed account. Tho plaintiff's case was to the effect that ho had entered into an arrangement with the defendant to perform a contract in Fast street, the proceeds to lie divided between them.—The defence was that plaintiff was merely engaged as a workman by the defendant.—His Honor gave judgment for plaintiff on question of partnership, the lime for delivering accounts to be fixed in Chambers.
. Tho Court adjourned till the following day.
