MITCHELL.—At Mount Albert, on Wednesday afternoon, March 26th, 'William Herbert, younger twin son of William L. and Mary Ann Mitchell; aged 3 years. Interment will tako plnce at tho fcymond6street Cemetery to-morrow (Friday) morning, at 10 o'clock.
