The s.s. Penguin arrived from Fiji at noon. Sho ieft Queen s Whai f, Lovuka, 6 a.m on 20th, arrived Suva 10.50 a.in, same date, sailed again 1.15 p.m. on 21st, cleared the reef 2 p.m., passed Island of Mbenga 1 p.m., breasted Mt. Washington Island of Kandaoa T. 40 p.m., passed Sail Hock 6.15 am. on 26th, passed Tiriuri 10.15 _____,*, and arrived Auckland 12.5 p.m. same date. 1 .xpoHonced moderate easterly winds and swell fill 22nd Inst., fresh S S.W.ana southerly winds, heavy swell till 21th, thence light variable wind and smooth sea till arrival. Passengers (iialoon): — Messrs Taylor, Page, Howard, Aikhe-on, Mr Hunter. Miss Whiteside, Captain MoLiver, Mr ahd Mrs Baillie and ohild. Mr and Mrs Thomas, and 3 children. Steerage: Mrs Holden, Mr and Master Worthlngton, Mr Strarhurg, Meßsrs Newmann, Stephen. Searle, Duthle, Rugg, Pay. Scan-mall, Williams, Kevan Kraif., Douglas. Johnßton.
