(Received March 17—1 p.m.) Great Fire In Sydney. SvDSKY, this day.—A destructive (ire occurred last night at Borthwick Oil Warehouse, George-street. Insurances on the property amount to £10,000. Boat Bun Down by a Steamer. A boat containing passengers from the steamship City of Sydney yesterday was cut in two by the steamer Emu. The occupants of the boat had a miraculous escape. (Received March 17—2.31 p.m.) [PEB MERCHANT SHIPPING AND UNDERWRITERS' ASSOCIATION.] London, March 15.—Arrived : Ship Firth of Domock, from Lyttelton (Nov. 21). Gauls. Paris, March IG.—The Parisian and other French papers continne to urge that tlie victory at Bacniuli should be promptly followed up and recommend that the French Army should forthwith advance upon and occupy Hanjhoa and other towns to the westward of Bacniuh.
Arrest of Anarchists. Vienna, Mavch 15.—The police at Buda, Pesth, have effected the arrest of thirty-six men on a charge of plotting to incite anarchy in that city.
