[n compliance with the Companies &ct r meeting of shareholders in the Auckland, Tobacco Company (Limited) was held in> the manufactory, Fort-street, yesterday,. ■ when a report and statement of account* !: Was laid before the shareholders, and !'l adopted. It appears from the report that the Com- ' V-'J pany's affairs are in a roost satisfactory condition, tery few chares now remaining in j the directors' bands for disposal.
