Lalla Rookh, s.s., Bailey, for Waitara

The 8.8. Hauraki arrived shortly after noon to-day, with a cargo of stock from Waitara. Tho 8.8. Douglas arrived early tills morning from Waitara with 282 sheep. The s.s. Takapuna is duo at 4 p.m. to-day from Lyttolton, and returns thither at 8 a.m. tomorrow. Tho brigantino Sarah Pilo arrived from Greymouth to-day, with 136 tons coal. She left on Friday last, and has had a good run up.

The s.s. Lalla Rookh arrived from Waitara on Saturday afternoon, and returned to the same port early yesterday morning. She brought 21 - head cattle, 29 kegs butter and a number of sheep. She leaves for Wanganul to-morrow.

The 8.8. Triumph arrived from London, via Hobart, at 6.50 a.m. to-day. She brings 900 tons cargo for this port, which will be discharged . with all possible haste.- Full particulars respecting the vessel, voyage, and passengers, I appear iv another column. ■ Tho s.s. Rotorua arrived from Taranakt and Southern ports at 7 a.m. on Sunday. Passengers: — Misses Lctham, Waller, and Holdsworth, Mesdamcs Turnbull, Waller. ' Jones, Lyoll.Mularly.Shora, Roberts, Williams, Waymouth, Ashley. Norman, Dodus, Marks, Porter, Christie, Wooley, Harris, and nine steerage. The 8.8. Rowena arrlvod from Hokianga about i p.m. yesterday, with 34 sacks grain, 8 tons wreckage, sundries, and the following passengers: Miss Yon Stunner, Mesdames Hardman, Mcnzics and family (5), Captains Smith - and McKcnzio, Messrs W. Paul, yon Stunner, Allright. Cobble, Smith, Anderson, J. Fisher, D. Mol .i.-.-ano, Q. Duncan, T. Brown, Constablo Hughes und three Maori prisoners.
