Canada, British Columbia, Central and South America, and British and Foreign West Indies, nt 1 p.m. For United kingdom and Continent of Europe, at 1 p.m. For money orders, registered letters, and newspapers, at 11.30 a.m. Late letters, bearing an extra fee of sixpence in addition to the postage, will be received by tho Mail Agent on board tho steamer up to the time of sailing. This mail will bo due in London on Monday, 19th November. The s.s. Stella will leave the Bluff for Dusky and Mllford Sounds, Martin's Bay, Jackson's and Bruce Bays, and Pareuga River, on Wednesday, 3rd prox. N.B.—On and after Ist October next, money orders will bo issued payable in the Dominion of Canada.
