Evening Star Offlce, Wednesday. jVlessr3 B. Tonks and Co. held a salo of new England organs at thoir auction rooms to-day; '0 of tho 11 were sold at prices ranging from £15 to £28. Onions, 3jd. The sole was woll attended.

'Mr It. C. Greonwood offered a number of allotments and working men's cottages, but only three allotments situato in the "town of Oxford, Waikato, were sold, realising £31 10s. The others axe open for private treatment of the auctioneer. Cantwell's Farm, near the Waitakerei Waterfalls, 111 acres, with dwellinghouse and out-buildings, sold for £110. The southern portion, 21 acres, brought £. 1 per acre. There was a large attendance.
