Disturbed Districts In Ireland.
London, September 22. A proclamation" has been issued by the Irish Executive declaring certain parts of counties Mayo, Clare, and Limerick to be disturbed districts. The force of constabulary there is found to be insufficient to preserve order, and it is to be strengthened.

The "Daily News," in its issue this momjng, publishes a telegram from its correspondent in Natal, stating that a message was sent by the Governor of that colony to Cetewayo, requiring his surrender, but it was not in the form of an ultimatum.

Sir Arthur Blytb, Agent-General for South Australia, has invited tenders for his Government for a loan of £1,500,000. The minimum ie fixed at 954.
