The new Patliauioat opcßed to-day. Mr If. Barton, ono of tbe members for East J-ydncy, was elected Speaker, the re-elec-tion of Sir G. W. Wallr.u being ncga'ived by tbe opposition by 51 votes to 47. Sir Henry Parkcs announced that the M'nistry had to idered their resignation to His Excellency the Governor. It is expected that Mr Alexander Mewart will be summoned by Lord Loftus, and charged with the formation of a new Ministry.
