Mr J. S. Farrcll, who was rejected at the election for Parranmtta, has been returned for tho acw England dutiict, the election tor which was held at Arruidalc on Saturday. It is understood that Mr W. a. l-iulley, a well-known barrister, will offer himself as a Ciudideito for the East Sydney constituency, the vacancy bavicg occuned by the resignation of Mr J. McKlhooe, who will sit in the Legislative Assembly for the Upper Hunter District.
