It is understood that Mr W. a. l-iulley, a well-known barrister, will offer himself as a Ciudideito for the East Sydney constituency, the vacancy bavicg occuned by the resignation of Mr J. McKlhooe, who will sit in the Legislative Assembly for the Upper Hunter District.
