HELENSVILLE FLOUR COMPANY.

At a meeting held yostorday, at (he offices of Messrs Dignan and. Armstrong, itwai resolred to form the above company. There war a good number of intssdind shareholders present. Mr YV. H. Arm* strong was called to tha chair, and submitted tho memorandum of association to the meeting. This was duly adopted aid signed by all interested. The articles of association were next adopted and executed, Messrs Isaac McLeod, Win, Hsy, V. McClellan, K. a. McLoid, John Foster, H. P. Kavanagh, and Motes Hate, being elected as directors lor the corning year. The capital of the compiny was bxed at £20,000, in 20,000 shares of £1 eacb. Ihe company his a geod field for its energies. A site for the mill luu been secured close to that of the HelensviHe Timber Company, wheiebyall transhipping will be saved. Vessels will lie at tbe wharf, throw out their grain oulast, and tike in timber, without the trouble of hauiing and shifting from one place to another. Nearly all the shares are sold already, thanks to tho energy of Mr Isaac McLeod, and it is hopod that within a very short space of time the Helenavillians will be able to have faiinaoeous articles of their own manufacture at a fair cost, without haviug to sotid to town or elsewhero for them, at considerable expense and loss of time.
