HELENSVILLE FLOUR COMPANY.
A -IKETING of persons Interested in the proposed Helonsviilo Flonr Company took pines this afternoon, at Dlgoan & Armtrong'e offices, Mr W. H. Armstrong presiding ; there wore eight others present. The chairman staled that, according to tbe draft memorandum of association, the company was to be called the Helcnsville Flonr Mill Company (Limited), and that i's capital was to be £20,000, in as many shares of £1 each, half of which was to bo paid up during tho first year, while tho less objects were to be the erection of a flour mill and grain storo.at Helonsviile, and tho importation salo of grain as well as its manufacture into flour, biscuits, &c The memo, was slightly amplified, and then the meeting proceeded to fix the rule*, thoso of tbe Auckland Timbor Company being principally adopted for the purpose.
