'lhe Irish Constabulary Strike, LONDON, August 28. Agitation amongst the Irish constabulary .is extending at Limerick. A great number of men in that district havorosigned, owing to the dismissal of the leaders of the agita- : tion. CONSTANTINOPLE, August 28. Intelligence is to hand that hostilities have broken out between the Turks and Greeks at Dagairc. Tbe Turks commenced the attack, and a severe engnjment wa* fought, resulting in several Greeks being killed and wounded. The Turkish loss, so far as is known has been small. The fightinp still continues, and thousands of Ureeks are matching to the ecoue of hostilities to reinfoice their comrades. LONDON, August 28.
