From inquiries made this afternoon we learn that Mr R. J. Moore's condition has somewhat improved, and further search was made for the bullet to-day, but again without success. John Campbell Abernethy, the debtor, made a satisfactory statement of his affairs to-day, and arranged to pay his creditors in full. No further proceedings, therefore, will bo taken.
