A NuisANOK.-John Muir was oharged with neglecting to clean his private yard in Custom-house-street, by which neglect a nuisance was caused.—Tho case had boen hoard yesterday, and lined 20a and costs. — His Worship had on thp application of defendant granted a rehearing. —Mr Cotter appeared for tho city, and called Mr Georgo Goldie, City Inspector of Nuisances, who repeated tho evidence given yesterday.
