Adjourned CaseS. — Tlie following cases wore adjourned until Friday next :— Walter Caddy, breach of Licensing Act, for delay in giving admission to Sergeant Clarke to the Exchange Hotel, on the night ot the 22nd ult.; Simon Coombcs, of the Foresters' Arms, for supplying alcoholic liquor to Hugh Culshaw on Sunday, the 25th ult.; George Simpson, and John and Thomas Heath, for wilfully smashing a door at the Flagstaff Hotel, damage £2, the property of Win, H. Pearco; James Mullins, neglecting to support his mother; and Mary Ann Biddick, neglected an order of the Court to contribute towards the support of her child iv the Industrial Home. The case of Salvator Vas, attempted rape on a child, Laura Mary Lanhain, was remanded until Monday next. This concluded the business.
