ALLEGED INDECENT ASSAULT AT KIHIKIHI.

TE AWAMUTU, this day. F. DANDAMINE appeared bcloro tho Court on Friday charged (on warrant) with indecently assaulting Mrs Thirza Temple ou Tuesday last. Mr Andrew Kay, J.P., and Mr Edward Parsons, J.P., occupied tho bench. Constable Gillcs conducted the prosecution. Tho evidence " Iduced in support ol tho charge was given by the complai—ont, her two children, and her husdand-Charles Temple. The pase for the prosecution lasted four hoars, but completely broke dnwu under thecross-cxemina-tion of Mr Grcsham. who defended tho prisoner.
