(To the Editor.) Sir,-Seeing a letter iv the STAB, re scholarship t^kminntion papers, t wish to state that what" Taxpayer " said was quite true, The questions were badly pat, Many of them were unfair. In the Geography paper, one of tbe questions eaid : "Name all tho rivers flowing into the sea between the Skaw and Cape Tarifa. " That is a European question, and for the geography we only have piaces of importance in Asia, North America, and the British colonies or possessions, We should not have European geography, and many of us could not do it, having learnt only the proper geography, —Yours truly, A Competitor.
