OUR SPECIAL WELLINGTON TELEGRAMS.
WELLINGTON, this day. A meetinc! of the Executive Council was hold at Government House at. noon to-day, The Governor pjesided, Major Atkinson, Messrs VPhitaker, Rolleston and Johnston were present. Mr Dick's was absent. The business was mainly routine. A Cabinet Council assembled this afternoon, and is still in close consultation regarding the programme for the sesssion.
