WELLINGTON, this day. W. F. Hales, tho Wellington Ecsidont Engineer, has been transferred to Auckland, vice Stewart. J. C. Warburton, accountant Postal Department, is to bo tho now accountant for tho Postal-Telegraphic combined, Mr Sheath, Telegraph accountant, retiring on a pension. Mr Dick will, not leavo for Dunedin till Monday. Tho trial of Tuhi is definitely postponed to Monday, tho witnesses not having or. rived.
