In the divorce suit, Glbbs versus Gibbs, the jury could not come to au agreement aud they wore therefore discharged withont giving a verdict.
DEATH OF JAMES PUNCH. James Punch, tho well-known publican and oarsman, who took Trickett to England in 187 C when the latter was defeated by Sadler, is deceased. He was 40 years of age. 4
