REVOLT AT DULCIGNO.
CONSTANTINOPLE, November 13,
Notwithstanding the consent given by the Albanian chiefs to the cession of Dulcigno the citizens are rebelling against the decision, and ask that a month's delay may be granted in which to undertake the surrender.
Dervisch Pasha,the Turkish Commander, refuses to grant any further delay, and threatens to use force to make an immediate transfer of the town to Montenegro.
AGRAM PARTLY DESTROYED,
VIENNA, November 15,
Further severe shocks of earthquake have been experienced at Agram, which has suffered most terribiy. Half the town has been completely destroyed.

LONDON, November G. A universal exhibition is to bo held in the ] Crystal Palace, Sydenham, from Juno to October, 1881, in wool, woollen manufactures, and other industries. LANDLORDS AND ORANGg DEMONSTRATIONS. The Land League agitators have issued a mild manifesto, but tin: landlords' movements and Orange demonstrations are increasing. Forty Orange OluOs met yesterday and denounced the Land Leagues. It is announced that the Channel Squadron has been ordered to Ireland. LONDON, November 13. The Channel Squadron has arrived at Cork. LONDON, November 13. A land agent has been murdered at Limerick. SENTENCE ONfNIHILISTS. ST. PETERSBURG, November 13. Tbo Niuilists whohavc been put upon their trial for the Winter Palace explosion have received sentence. Five havo had sentence of death passed upon them, 11 are sentenced to various terms of labour in the Siberian mines, and (> are recommended for mitigated punishment.
LONDON, Noverhber 13. The homeward mails via Brindisi were delivered in London to-day.
