ARRIVAL OF THE CALEDONIA.
The schooner Caledonia arrived this morning from Tonga and Friendly Is'ands with-a quantity of fruit and returned trade, she left Auc-land on September 6th foe tha Friendly Islands, with tho following dates r/Vavau, September 29thJ lioabai, October 3rd: and Tongs, 6th; left the latter place for Auckland on Monday the 11th. Sighted the Hen and Chickens on Tuesday 10th, and arrived in nort on tbe 20th, after a good run o! 8 days, including 12 hours hovo-to during a North Bast gale. Passenger : Mr A.
