KINROSS CASE. Tho Kinross case came.on for discussion, and was shelved, being adjourned for a fortnight, with the understanding that in any. action the Council's officers or members should appear as witnesses. RAILWAY REGULATIONS. It was ordered, on tbo motion of Mr Menzies, that railway seats shonld lie occupied by those first taking them for the whole journey.
