Mr Laishley appeared for tho debtor. The annual soiree in aid of the district church fund, v/ill be held in the public hall of Aratapu on Friday evening next. Mr Heinrich Petry, jeweller and silversmith, has removed from Shortland-street to 24 Victoria-street, and is prepared to execute orders for any designs in gold or other material, and i to repair the most intricate and costly goods, set diamonds, &c., his' longj experience in the trade enabling him to turn out first-class work. Mr Petry was four years with Messrs. Kojhn,
