Under tho distinguished patronage' of Bis Majesty tho King of Italy, at Rome, according to communication recoived from £rom, tho Con-sul-General for Italy, at Melbourne, upon Instructions from tho Minister for Forolgn Affairs dated Hth March, 1878. Dr Cruickshank, Health Officer for the City of Sandhurst, certifies to the extraot being tho most reliable romedy for external inflammation, bronchitis, diphthoria, afteotions of tho lungs, chest, all pains of rheumatic nature, neuralgia, &c; all swellings, bruises, sprains, wounds, disorder of the bowels, diarrhoea, &c. Epitome of declaration made baforo M. Cohen, Esq., J.P., at Sandhurst. October, 1877:—The son of Mr Rnabo was hurt with an axo'on the knee. Af tor nine weeks' medical treatment it was declared necessary by Dr Macglllvray to amputate tho Injured limb.
