Inwards Coastwise.—Ocean from Mercury Bay, with 23,000 feet timber, and 10,000 shingles; Opotiki. from Opotiki, with 230 Backs matee, 50 sacks potatoes S sacks wheat, and 32 sacks bran and pollard ; South Carolina, from Barrior, with 50 tons firewood; Whangarei, from Russell, with 4S tons coal; Columbia, from Russell, with 70 tons coal; Ghost, Waiheki, with 15 tons manSfH e M.S. Emerald sailed to-day for Sydney. The ach. Pirate will leave (or Karotonga and Tahiti on Monday next.
Tho brigantine Ned White sailed to-day for Newcastle in ballast.
The s.s. Southern Cross, which arrived from the South yesterday afternoon, brought a general cargo, and two passengers, viz, Messrs Clarke and Fogden.,
The ship Kildonan i 9 on tho berth for Valparaiso direct. She v.ill sail hence on Monday, the 6th instant.
Tho ship City of Agra is advertised to leave for Melbourne on Friday next.
The s.s. Hawea will return from Russoll tomorrow morning, and will leave for the South on Monday afternoon.
The departure of the s.s. Pretty Jano for Lovnka has been further postponed until Monday.
The brigantine Oamaru and topsail schooner Piory Cross left Oamaru for this port yesterday.
