RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT. —This Day.

The usual weekly sitting of this Court was held this morning, and the following cases disposed of : — City Kates. —City Coudcil v. Owner of allotment 23, section 17, £11 Is 3d, with costs ; City Council v. Owner of lot 5, subdivision of allotment 4, section 41, £3 3s 3d, wilhicosta ', City Council v. Owner of part of allotment 25, section 54, 15s 6d, with costs; City Council v. Owner of lots 8, 9, and 10 of allotment 2, section 37, £11, with costs.

JUDGMEMTS FOE PLAINTIFFS.—W. W. Wright (Mr Tyler) v. Baintou, money lent with interest, £13, with costs, £2 3s ; Wilkinks (Mr Laishley) v. Tallowdbwn, money lent with interest, £6 12s 9d, with costs, £1 19s; McNab (Albxahder), v.'Ttell,. for goods delivered, £5 4s sd, with costs, £1 J4s ; Triumph Gold Mining Company, Limited, v.
