The usual weekly sitting of this Court was held this morning, and the following cases disposed of : — City Kates. —City Coudcil v. Owner of allotment 23, section 17, £11 Is 3d, with costs ; City Council v. Owner of lot 5, subdivision of allotment 4, section 41, £3 3s 3d, wilhicosta ', City Council v. Owner of part of allotment 25, section 54, 15s 6d, with costs; City Council v. Owner of lots 8, 9, and 10 of allotment 2, section 37, £11, with costs.
JUDGMEMTS FOE PLAINTIFFS.—W. W. Wright (Mr Tyler) v. Baintou, money lent with interest, £13, with costs, £2 3s ; Wilkinks (Mr Laishley) v. Tallowdbwn, money lent with interest, £6 12s 9d, with costs, £1 19s; McNab (Albxahder), v.'Ttell,. for goods delivered, £5 4s sd, with costs, £1 J4s ; Triumph Gold Mining Company, Limited, v. Frost, for call, with costs; Triumph Gold-mining Company (Mr Hesketh for Mr Tole) v. Matthew McGuinncss, for calls ; Kdward Hodgson (Dignan) v. Warrne, for money, £7, with costs, £1 13s ; Corley (Tyler) v. Kockley, for goods delivered, £13 3s sd, with costs, £2 Is; McDonnell (Dignan) v. Inkster, for rent, £9 6s, and costs, £1 14s (possession' of house to be given up on the 19th instant; William O'Meara v. Heath, for rent, £112s, with costs, 10s ; Cochrane and Dacre (Tyler) v. Peter McArthnr,!debt of £6175, with costs, £114s. Atcheson (Tyler) v. James Dowd. In this case Mr Thome deposed that defendant had stated that he would not pay the judgment of the Couijt, i Judgment with costs. First payrheh't'tobe made on April 10, aud the balance on the 12th May. Giles (George) v. Chapman, for balance of judgment obtained, with costs, ss, to be paid ou March 23th.
