Wm, Beale.—' 'laim, £6 Is 7d.—Mr Thome for plaintiff, Mr Tyler for defendant.—The plaintiff in this case waa an auctioneer and defendant a clothier, and the claim was for sundry goods, alleged to have been purchased at plaintiff's aiiction mart. —The defence was a denial of the claim.
