In the matter of " The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876." and " The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1878," and of the bankruptcy of Archibald Somehville, of Onehunga, near the City of Auckland, Grocer, a debtor. It is hereby notified that, at a First Meeting of the Creditors of the said Archibald Somerville, held this day, in the Supreme Court Buildings, at the hour of eleven of the clock in the forenoon, Thomas Macffarlane, Esquire, of Auckland, Certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, was elected Creditors' Trustee of tho property of the abovenamed Archibald Somerville j and that the said Thomas Macffarlane has signified to me, in writing, h'S acceptance of the said trusteeship.
