A large proportion of the Capital has already been subscribe d by influential residents in Kaipara and Northern Wairoa districts, and the whole of an extensive and profitable business now awaits the Company. The rapid progress that the Kaipara and Wairoa Districts have made during the last few years, and the increasing demand for more extended facilities of transit both for passengers and cargo, afford the best guarantee for the success of this undertaking.
