She shipped large quantities of water, and on tne 12th the lanyard of the topmast back-stay carried awsy, causing the loss of the fore and main topmasts, and lowest mast-head. The damage to her masts will be immediately repaired. The schooner Atalanta. which arrived in the Manukau from Waitara yesterday, brought 160 sheep.
