EDEN TERRACE ASSESSMENT COURT—This Day.

The Court met this morning at half-past ten.
Disputed Cases.—James Reid, grocer^ seven allotments rated at £221 10s, reduced to £152 ; Henry Bedell, draper, tAvo allotments rated at" £37 10s, reduced to £30 ; Miss Johnston, reduced from £31 4s to £25.
Transfers.—Two allotments in Sumersstreet, from F. D. Fen ton to J. H. Bratby. The allotments standi--in F. D. Fenton's name Avere transferred to OAvner. Two allotments from J. Grady to J. Gallagher. All the other objectors failed to put in an apperance; valuations cousequeutly confirmed.
