The fol'owing passengers were do uea Dy Wrn. Ashby and Co. to proceed by the Chimborazo to Auckland, via Australia :—Jno. Nicholson, Jas. Nicholson, Jas. Turner, Arthur Advices have been received that the German man-of-war Adrianeis dally expected in Sydney to take the piace of the Augusta on the Pacific station. It is probable that after leaving Sydney, the vessel will call here on her way to 4-1-l (a TslSjQ tils The barque Arabella, 665' tons, left London for this port about the 28th January. She is consigned to the New Zealand Shipping Company. The Spirit of the .Dawn, according to iatest advices, was loading in London for this port on behalf of the New Zealand Shipping Company. The Ciaigie Lea, a barque of 622 tons, was advertised when the mail left London, as the next ship of, Shaw, Savill, and Cos. line, to follow theAikshaw. The barque Mendoza, 494 tons, Capt. Howie - son left L-mdon for this port on the 20th December, and was off the Isle of Wight on 23rd. The barque Fontenaye passed Deal December 14th. " '
