Before leaving Adrianople, the Turks burned their provisions, and blew up their ammunition. Austria demands a voice in all peace negotiations, and wili not recognise peace concluded without her consent. Austria's position is regarded as an understanding with England. VIENNA, Jan 20. A Pera special says :—"Tzzed Pasha conveys to the Turkish plenipotentiaries full powers, and will inform them Englaud* will not go to war.
