BOARD OF EDUCATION.

A meeting of tbe Board of Education was held this afternoon in the offices, Wyndbamstreet. Present :—Messrs Lusk, (chair), May, Prime, Luckie, and Dr Campbell. AVHANGARARI. A letter Avas read from the Chairman of the District Committee asking that tbe districtschool boundaries be enlarged, as many children out of tbe boundaries are excluded from tbe advantages of education. It AA*as resolved that steps be taken forthwith to enlarge tbe boundaries according to request. MR CUCKSFV*'S GRIEVANCF. A letter was read from Mr Cucksey, musicsell er, complaining that Mr W. W. Taylor, of Waiuku, bad hired a piauoforte some time ago, and that be refused both to give up possession and pay for tbe hire of the same.
