The .Russian official dispatch states thet the army of the Czar has been withdrawn to a new position at night.
The Russians are now concentrated at Qeig, where works can be carried oft unobserved.
The heights of PleA~na Avere bombarded continually on the 7th instant.
On the Sth the Russian left occupied the Southern heights, losing fi\~e hundred men killed, Avliilst the position of the right and centre is only thirteen hundred yards from the Turkish en-
trenchments
Cannonading is going on furiously.
