SOUKHUM-KALEH ABANDONED BY THE TURKS.
DEFEAT AT PLEVNA
BOMBAY, September i. The Turks have evacuated SoukhiuuKaleh. The Russians have captured Lovacs. The "Daily News" says the Russia* were victorious at Plevna on the 31st. The Turkish loss was 2000.
