The steam barquentine Emu is advertised by Messrs Stone Brothers as to leave for Levuka at an early date. The consignees of the ship Electra are requested to pay attention to an advertisement which appears elsewhere. According to advices from Hobart Town, dated the 3rdinst., she was on the patent slip at that port, having a thorough clean. She was, however, advertised to sail in a few days. The s.s. Hawea, having been detained in Nelson is not expected to arrive in the Manukau Until 10 o'clock on Sunday morning. The brigantine Flirt cleared at Lyttelton on the 7th instant, for this port-, with the following cargo :—7OO sacks oats, 300 sacks wheat, 300 sacks grass seed, and 5 tons flour. The Government steamer Hinemoa left the Manukau for Wellington this morning. The brigantine Augusta is advertised to leave for the Levuka on Tuesday next. The schooner Marion is loading at Lyttelton for this port. The schooner Fairlie arrived at Lyttelton from the Thames on the 7th instant. The barque Glenlora only wants a small quantity more cargo to make her a full ship. Already preparations for sailing may be seen going on on board. A large space in the 'tween decks has been reserved for steerage passengers. The bulkheads and berths are now being fitted up, and give promise of good airy and spacious accommodation. Only a few are still disengaged.
