Tho guarantee, as regard- the new Boat, to be as follows :—cpeed to ho 12 knots per hour; and for > every knot less than 12 knots per hour, her builders to forfeit at the rate of £1,000 por knot. Should the speed of tho Boat xceed 12 knots, the builders to receivo a bonus of £1,000 for every knot over 12 knots ' por hour : such bonus to be taken up in shares in the new Company.
