Another Bo&gs of the Ministry'
WELLINGTON.
(From our own Correspondent.) This day. It is generally understood that the Cabinet, at a meeting on Saturday afternoon, decided to prorogue Parliament almost immediately after assembling, as rumoured some months ago would be the case. Thus, Parliament could enter at once on legislation under new constitutional arrangements, in the real session, which would commence a few days after the temporary prorogation, as Provincialism then would have legally ceased to exist.
