(From our own Correspondent.) This day, Resident Magistrate's Court.
At the Resident Magistrate's (Jourt yesterday, the Mcßrin v. Witenburg case lasted an hour and a-halfj and was dismissed with costs. Licensing Court. At the Licensing Court, the following licenses were granted :—Bush license, Thos. Hudson ; publicans' license, John Bryers, Charles Bryers, Kereania Tawehe, and Geo. Hardiman ; wholesale license, Andrews and Co., Cochrane, andYarboroughandCo.; new licenser, Thos. Kendall, and B. Howe.
